A scientific article is devoted to the analysis of the main problems of the functioning of the housing and communal complex in the regions of Russia and the prospects for its further development. The article analyzes the main problems of the functioning of housing and communal services in the regions of Russia. The main disadvantages of the development of the housing and communal complex are analyzed, formed according to the opinion of the country's population. Ways are developed to solve the key problems of the housing and communal services management system in the regions of Russia, in order to stimulate its further development.
