Modern aspects of ensuring economic security

The article is devoted to the definition of actual aspects of ensuring economic security in the Russian Federation. It reveals the theoretical basis of the definition of "economic security", the legal basis of the types of economic crimes. The article raises questions about modern methods of reducing economic crime. The directions of formation of a high level of economic security are presented. The functions of law enforcement agencies implementing the fight against economic crime are also defined.
