This article analyzes the views of the former Military Minister of the Provisional Government and the commander of the Red Army corps AI Verkhovsky about the course of combat operations during the Soviet-Polish war of 1920, expounded in his monumental work "General tactics", which was published in 1927 and reprinted several times.
