Studying of productive forces council of the academy of sciences of the USSR and Baikal Amur labor camp (BAMlag): practice of institutional interaction (1933-1935)

In the documentary publication the sources which have reflected various levels of interaction (official and personal) structures of the academic science (Studying of Productive Forces Council) and repressive department are presented. Frames and possibilities of mutual cooperation of two organizations, as well as mechanisms of the coordination of interests and the conflicts are shown. Estimations of scientific expeditions to the Baikal-Amur highway are made. The documents are published for the first time.
