Improvement of procurement management in organization as applied to LLC «SPO Telemetriya»

One of the most important factors of economic efficiency of any company is the successful functioning of the procurement department. A project has been developed aimed at improving the efficiency of the procurement department and its management in the organization. A set of proposals for the introduction of new software in the supply department is described in detail. A study of the effectiveness of the implementation of a project to improve the management of procurement activities in a particular organization was conducted.
