The article is devoted to the study of the organizational structure of multinational corporations at home and abroad and their changing trends, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and improve them based on changes in the economic organizational structure of large international enterprises, so as to provide a certain reference value and practical relevance for large enterprises to improve their competitiveness and strengthening their ability to carry out multinational operations. In order to improve the management structure for Huawei, a CAM matrix was developed with the definition of a symbolic expression of the main functions: planning, control, organization, execution, activation. This matrix reflects the actual activities of Huawei, and if a problem exists, it can be used to suggest a number of actions to eliminate it. Based on expert assessments, a matrix of pairwise comparisons of functions (duties) was filled in based on their significance and labor intensity. The pros and cons of the management structure are revealed. A matrix of tasks for the management personnel of Huawei, as well as the final matrix of the labor intensity of the tasks of employees, has been built.
