Development of organization of continuous education and staff self-education of municipal institutions (by the example of municipal public institution "Education committee of Novonikolaevsky district" of the Volgograd region)

The article deals with the project of the incorporation of distinguishing forms of staff development of Municipal Public Institution “Education Committee of Novonikolaevsky district” of the Volgograd region to the periodic model of supplementary vocational education based on the implementation of the model by Vasiliy Sinenko. The variant of the project of developing the professional competence of the Committee’s members, which encourages the realization of the periodic model of supplementary vocational education is presented.
