The work was made using 15 adult mongrel dogs of both sexes at the age of 1-3 years which were subjected to modeling and to subsequent elimination the pathology of skull vault flat bones by the method of distraction-and-compression osteosynthesis. The changes in blood coagulating activity were determined to occur after fixator application to the head and resection of the fragment of skull bones. It was established that blood coagulation increased in connection with intensive involvement of its factors in regenerative processes and it only recovered after the fixator removal.
