The work is dedicated to the comprehensive study of verbs of Arabic and English languages in comparative aspect. Object are the verbs and the subject of their analysis. Considered category of the verb that are available in these languages, in comparison, revealed their identities and differences. The results and materials of the study can be used in the preparation of textbooks on morphology of Arabic and English languages, the development of lecture courses, seminars.
