The relationship between the universal and national constitutional values in the European union

In the present article the problem of the relations between national constitutional values and universal constitutional values in the European Union is considered. The authors draws attention to the potential problems which result from the recognition of the universal primacy over national constitutional values. The way to solve these problems is to recognize the sign of universality and the constitutional values unity of different states.
