The sonographic assessment of the achilles tendon in patients with infantile cerebral paralysis in the process of treatment by Ilizarov method

The results of the Achilles tendon sonographic study are analyzed after tenotomies in 24 patients with infantile cerebral paralysis at the age of 8-26 years. It is demonstrated that sonography allows to assess the Achilles tendon condition, the dynamics of the Achilles tendon regeneration, the presence and expressiveness of inflammatory changes.
