The phenomenon of the coronavirus pandemic that has gripped the world and continues for the second year has caused and is causing irreparable damage to the economies of all States without exception, comparable only to the consequences of the Second World War. The new post-covid reality puts forward its priorities, forces entrepreneurs to look for other, profitable areas of their own business. The social responsibility of business is growing in proportion to the drop in confidence of citizens in the future. The Government of the Russian Federation has taken unprecedented measures to support business, starting in 2020, including those aimed at the development of social entrepreneurship, with its increasing relevance. Note the most important tax relief announced in Russia in 2020, as well as prolonged in 2021, contributing to the preservation of jobs created by entrepreneurs and the maintenance of business, in particular, socially responsible business. In a situation of global economic downturn and recession, remains relevant about what the future will be for the entrepreneur, including a social entrepreneur? The answer is that the process of entrepreneurship itself will not be the same, and the role of social entrepreneurship will grow significantly.
