Social-psychological influence as a factor of evelopment of disociative (conversional) disorders in sufferers of rediation incidents in Southern Ural

The present work contains the data obtained through a poll carried out among 120 people, who have suffered from radioactivity during the South Urals accidents. The introduction substantiates the topicality of the theme and mentions the state order that guarantees the victims social service. The results section states there are several critical factors that according to our point of view are the main reasons the victims have dissociative (conversion) disorders. They are bad upbringing in a premorbid state, unhappy private life and problems at work. The discussion section gives the data obtained by other researchers who conducted a poll among the victims of the mentioned accidents.
