In recent years, interest in the problem of the socio-psychological climate in the team has grown tremendously in our country. Now the state of the socio-psychological climate in organizations is as follows: in some conditions, the group functions optimally, and its members get the opportunity to realize their potential to the fullest extent, in others, people feel uncomfortable, tend to leave the group, spend less time in it, their personal growth slows down This topic became even more urgent at the beginning of 2020. Since the coronavirus pandemic began. Already at the very beginning of the pandemic, it became clear that this situation would change the professional community. This is a challenge for management, including the state, from which society expects timely and effective support measures.
