Existing computer systems for geometric geometrical characteristics of blood vessels diagnostic images are reviewed. The systems for computer analysis of ocular fundus «OphthalmOffice» and heart coronary vessels diagnostic images «CardiOffice» are presented. The comparative characteristics of computational efficiency are given.
