System of professional training of specialists of security service of objects of the tourist industry

It is proved that the introduction of a vocational training system will contribute to increasing the stability of their functioning, increasing competitiveness, financial and economic stability in the face of uncertainty. The introduction of a systematic methodology for the development of professional competencies of security personnel must be carried out on the basis of the results of assessing the state of the internal and external environment of the studied tourist complex enterprise, the main threats and risks posed by them. These measures will adequately ensure the level of protection guaranteeing the fulfillment of the mission of the property within the acceptable risk range, supported by the proper level of public safety of tourist services facilities. The main stages of organizing and conducting professional training of specialists are proposed, factors contributing to the adaptation of the learning process to the specifics of objects of the tourism industry are identified, the content, nature and specificity of the profile events are described. The main restrictions and priorities have been established in the organization and conduct of educational and methodological activities aimed at ensuring the required level of economic security of the tourism industry. The list of key tasks that need to be solved during the implementation of measures to improve the level of professional training of security personnel has been determined.
