The article examines the aspects of material and non-material motivation of sales managers using the example of a trading company. The company has a high value of staff turnover, the main reason for which is low wages. Further analysis of the satisfaction level showed that the company's employees are not satisfied with such factors as low wages, lack of career growth and the degree of care the company takes about its employees. The article presents an analysis of the existing motivation system, which showed that wages consist of two main components of salary and bonus for the implementation of the sales plan. A bonus system based on KPI indicators is proposed.
