Solution support system of spare parts deliveries for military use aircrafts

In work the decisions support system (DSS) by managing director of the technical center for the solution of problem of delivery the spare parts (SP) for military aircraft is considered. This system helps the managing director of the technical center to define volumes of deliveries of SP on warehouses of the technical center and necessary quantity qualification of the personnel. Criteria of assessment the decisions on deliveries of SP and to the demanded personnel are formulated. The model of aftermarket service of LA is developed for calculation of criteria values. As a result of work the decisions support system to the managing director of the technical center the set of decisions from Pareto's set is given.
