System of branch forecasting as the basis of advancing training in the perspective directions of aviation branch development

In article questions of formation and basic provisions of branch forecasting system in a context of the strategic planning state system on the example of aircraft manufacturing branch are considered. The main attention is paid to a problem of long-term scientific and technological forecast as the basis of branch innovative development. The conclusion about need of creation is drawn and the main solutions regarding branch system of personnel potential forecast based on Forsythe of aviation science and technology till 2030 and coordinated to other documents of the strategic planning state system are proposed.
