In work results of development the laboratory stand for research the processes of nitrides synthesis by deposition from a gas phase and drawing coatings on their basis are presented. In developed technology non-vacuum method of hard nitrides synthesis which can become alternative to industrial processes of receiving nitride coatings from titan deposition from a gas phase and SHS process is used.
