The authors developed and proposed for the practical implementation of the system of pretrial information of the patient (SPIP). The system includes two forms: direct and remote. Immediate: prior to admission, the patient is informed in advance of the planned questions to be asked by the doctor at the upcoming appointment. This allows the patient to think about the answers, increasing their informativeness and quality; reduce the duration of the direct survey of the patient; increase the time for counseling; increase adherence to treatment. Remote form SPIP (SMS, e-mail, etc.) invites the patient to consider preferences in clothing, facilitates the process of inspection, recalls the need to perform preparatory activities prior to diagnostic procedures, etc. According to the authors, this approach will allow to improve the work of outpatient care, to minimize the psychological discomfort of the patient and will increase its satisfaction with the work of the clinic.
