The safety of milk consumption and its quality depend on the cleanness and sterility of milking equipment. Milk is an ideal culture medium for most microorganisms. Under favorable conditions (insufficient cooling and washing) microorganisms reproduce quickly, causing a change in its taste and aromatic qualities, a pH shift, and, as a consequence, its adulteration. The source of milk microbial contamination can be represented by milking machines, milk filters, collector parts, as well as cranes and pipe fittings of milk tanks, pasteurization and cooling equipment, etc., which are not washed well enough during circulating cleaning, therefore they are further washed by hand. It is possible to exclude the negative influence of microorganisms on the quality of milk only by means of a careful cleaning of the milking equipment and its disinfection. In order to clean milking pipelines, a hydraulic way is applied, requiring the separation of the particles deposited on the surface of the milking pipeline which can contaminate milk...
