The ability of self-organizing is the key factor of the successful management of the hospitality industry, and thus, provides the personal manager efficiency and achieves the goals of the organization. Special attention should be given to the self-organization by the heads as it is the foundation on the basis of which the ability to organize other people and to manage them can be formed. This raises the need for self-organization as a tool to improve personal effectiveness. The process of self-organization is a prerequisite for success both of a manager and the company in general.
