Russian market of M&A: analysis, problems, prospects

In article two main forms of reorganization of corporations - mergers and acquisitions are considered. The main causes of mergers and acquisitions are described. Dynamics of change of volumes in the M&A market is traced, changes in the Russian market of mergers and acquisitions and on world are compared. Forecasts for results of 2017 are carried out.
