Role of psychological factors in regulation of official behavior of the workers of the organs of internal affairs

The article presents the results of the author’s research disclosing the main problems in the regulation of official behavior of the workers of the organs of Internal Affairs the heads of units come across. In the system of the regulation of official behavior the possibilities of psychological factors are not used to the full extent, in this connection there appears the necessity of their complex research, of the specification of structure and content.
