The purpose of writing the article was to analyze the correlation of the principle of fairness of enforcement law with other fundamentals of Russian legislation and enforcement proceedings. The author argues for the position according to which industry-wide, intersectoral and sectoral principles apply in enforcement proceedings. Within the framework of this industry, there is a divergence of principles inherent in other industries, i.e. the acquisition of principles of other properties peculiar to their implementation in enforcement proceedings. The article presents the author's ideas about the place of the principle of justice in the system of principles of executive law. It is proved that, since justice is the value of law, its purpose and property, the hierarchy of principles of executive law can be established only on the basis of subordination of other principles to the principle of justice.
