Role of law enforcement agencies in law enforcement in the separate kinds of activity which are subject to licensing

Purpose: Considers the function of ensuring the legality of which is included in the competence of law enforcement bodies involved in the procedure of licensing of separate kinds of activity demanding according to the current legislation of compulsory licensing. Methodology: The formal-legal method and analysis method were used. Results: The article considers the problems associated with the function of ensuring the legality of law enforcement bodies in the process of licensing of separate kinds of activity. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses the high scientific value, so as scientific attention to the role of law enforcement agencies to ensure the rule of law in certain types of activities subject to licensing wasn’t shown.
