The role of compliance control in mesoeconomics

This article presents an analysis of the place and role of the shadow economy in the mechanism of socioeconomic development of the depressed region. As a basic condition in this context highlighted the role of mechanisms and tools that promote elimination of the shadow economy regional economy. To perform this task, justified the importance of financial and legal diagnosis of depressive region, allows to consider it as a special factor of effective socio-economic development of the territory.
