The pole of substitution in development of Russian economy

The article discusses problem of the Russian Federation, increase of competitiveness of Russian goods and enterprises, decrease in level of import, including food. The author analyses the introduction of currency sanctions by the western countries and restraint on import from Russia which are connected with the development of industries that provide domestic security of the country.
