The role of biochemical predictors in predicting the outcome of thrombolytic therapy in ischemic stroke

High mortality from ischemic stroke necessitates the development of promising treatment methods. Intravenous thrombolysis is a highly effective method, but its outcome is not always predictable. The development of a panel of biochemical predictors will make it possible to predict the outcomes of thrombolytic therapy and optimize the system of care for patients with ischemic stroke.
