Pupils’ life activite regime and physical education planning strategy

The article considers not only the child’s physical activity characteristics, but also educational and other passive activities related in one way or another to the students’ organism mental stress during the academic year. The attempt was made to estimate schoolchildren’s different type activities cumulative contribution, their volume, the intensity of schoolchildren’s general condition, the ability to withstand adverse environmental factors in the form of acute respiratory infections. The children’s activity features content during seasonal infectious diseases periods were studied. The necessity of varying both mental and physical stress in these periods is shown.
