The revision of the fauna of trematodes perch Saratov reservoir since the early 90-ies of the last century. The stages of important changes in its composition are marked. The dependence of the diversity of the trematode fauna, the infestation of perch with worms from the dynamics of the zoobenthos and naturalization of alien species into the ecosystem of the reservoir.
