Resource-saving technology of producing welding devices from heat-resistant steel of type 15Cr5Мo

The aim of this work is to develop a resource-saving technological process of producing welding devices from harden heat-resistant steel 15Cr5Мo using mechanized welding technology in gas-shielded environment by welding austenitic materials regulating of thermal cycles (RTC) by forced accompanying cooling. Technical and economic efficiency of developed technological process of welding is ensured by eliminating the need for prior and accompanying heating of welding elements to a temperature of 250-350 °C, as well as technologically mandatory, when welding by homogeneous pearlite welding wires, subsequent high-temperature termal processing of welding joints at temperatures of 720-760 °C with exposing at high temperatures during 2-5 hours and slow cooling to 500 °C with a wall thickness of the welding elements within 8-30 mm. It is shown that developed technology of welding of heat-resistant steel 15Cr5Мo allows to provide in heat affected zone (HAZ) obtaining the bainitic hardening structure with high indicators of crack resistance. At the same time along welding lines due to hardening of the austenite sturdy, strong adhesion is formed of homogeneous dispersion structure of austenitic weld metal with a fine bainitic structure of welding metal.
