Religious basis of F. I. Tyutchevs free conservatism

The author examines the debatable question of religiousness of F.I. Tyutchev, a classic of Russian free conservatism of the XIX century. The author, with the help of the analysis of Tyutchev's poetical works, differentiates the concepts of "religiousness" and "ecclesiasticism" and comes to a conclusion about original Christocentrism of the poet-thinker. The author also reveals the connection between Tyutchev's famous conservative political works and his religious sentiments.
