The implementation of the priority of human rights and freedoms principle in the activities of the republic of Kazakhstan prosecutor's office

The given article is devoted to consideration of the principle of priority of human rights and freedoms in the activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan Prosecutor's Office. The priority of implementation of this principle is directly related to the state security of human rights and freedoms. When the Prosecutor's offices act as guarantors of human rights and freedoms implementation they must be guided by this principle in their activities. Effective implementation of priority of human rights and freedoms principle in the activities of the Prosecutor's offices is prevented by a number of challenges. It is necessary to overcome them so that to create new models of prioritizing human rights and freedoms in Kazakhstan.
