Implementation of the assessment and analysis of the level of employees’ innovation behavior

There are many different market features that influence the enterprise activity. The features force the administration to find new methods of enhancing the competitive advantages. Such ways more and more have innovation base, and therefore these ways depend on employees’ innovation behavior. It is due to the fact that the staff is one of the main sources of innovation development of the company. The article considers the authors’ approach to assess the level of employees’ innovation behavior. In addition, the list of stages of the analysis of the level of employees’ innovation behavior is proposed. Algorithms are presented for key stages, and detailed characteristics of their implementation are given. The necessity and the procedure to analyze the dynamics of indicators of employees’ innovation behavior are justified. In this work the authors propose to forecast the value of the indicators using such method as the method of least squares. The received results of the research are applicable in order to analyze and forecast the level of employees’ innovation behavior of enterprises. The results will be used as a base for managerial decision-making in the field of innovation activity of enterprises and stimulation the employees’ innovation activity.
