Reaction of some antioxidants of barley sprouts to acid rain and vibration-sound influence

Research of influence of modeling acid rain (MAR) and vibration-sound on accumulation of some antioxidants is carried out. It is revealed that momentary processing of plants by MAR (pH=1,8) raises the content of an ascorbic acid, routine, antoceanes, caratinoids in barley sprouts. Vibration-sound with frequency of 30-60 Hz and microvibration amplitude of 2,8-5,4 microns at 30-influence stimulates accumulation of acids of ascorbate and routine system.
