The paper presents a study of the subprocess of managing the effectiveness of the organization's activities in the field of quality. The main attributes of the activity of the studied subprocess are revealed. The characteristic of the activity of the organization "Status" LLC in the field of restaurant business is presented. The problems of implementation and/or points of development of the sub-process of managing the effectiveness of the organization's activities in the field of quality are identified. Proposals for solving problems and developing the studied subprocess have been developed. The technology of research and development of the sub-process of managing the performance of Status LLC in the field of quality has been designed.
