The relevance of the research topic is due to the need to search for new technologies for the development of professional and speech competence of university students in the framework of the information and educational process, revision of traditional approaches to learning problems in the modern period. The importance of the language competence of future lawyers in the context of professional activities is substantiated in the article. The methodological aspects of the implementation of the identified organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional and speech competence of future lawyers using distance technologies are presented. There are the creation of communicative situations of professional speech communication, the implementation of the discipline program “Culture of a lawyer’s speech”, the use of the possibilities of synchronous and asynchronous interaction. The novelty and significance of the obtained result lies in the fact that the key concept of the study “professional speech competence of a future lawyer” is concretized. The identified complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions expands the conception of the possibilities of developing the professional speech competence of future lawyers using distance technologies.
