Development of the management cubprocess of using the equipment of the enterprise

The article investigates the subprocess of managing the use of equipment by the enterprise. On the example of an oil and gas industry, management tools were used: subprocess management technology, innovative potential and a set of measures for the development of this subprocess. To determine the feasibility of applying the proposed proposals, an expert forecast was made of the effectiveness of their influence on the economic performance of the enterprise.
