Development of competence of local self-government in the field of education

In this article basic competencies of local government in the field of education are examined. The regulatory legal acts that regulate the activity of local government in the sphere of education have been studied. Most of all, the article reveals the problems of implementing the competence of local government in the field of education and their causes.
