Development of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation Using PPP Mechanisms

Th e article discusses the development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation using PPP mechanisms. Th e study identifi ed the reasons for the strategic importance of the region for the country and the main problems that impede the development of the territory and the solution of these problems, att racting private business to implement the necessary infrastructure projects using public-private partnership mechanisms. In the course of the study, both existing signifi cant projects and promising objects in which both the public side and potential investors are interested were analyzed
