The develop of new antidote for treatment a poisoning by organophosphate pesticides

In Federal Center Toxicological and Radiobiological Safety the new antidote consisting from holinolitic - Х-1, synthesized in Federal Center Toxicological and Radiobiological Safety, reactivator of holinesterase - dipiroxime and sedative means - bromic sodium is developed. The purpose of the present research was studying protect properties of new antidote. Thus, by results of the lead experiments it is possible to draw a conclusion, that new antidote protects all animals from a poisoning of is absolute-fatal doze of organophosphate pesticides.
