In article problems of working out the cavitational devices for washing the surfaces of machine details and devices in machines building industry (before assemblage of friction units) and in the repair-operational enterprises are considered. Working out the devices raising an intensive cavitation in the washing liquid that allows at washing by water partially is shown or completely to refuse the application of organic liquids and washing reactants. The first type of the developed installations is intended for washing the small-sized details which plunge into a washing liquid. In the second type the scheme of jet washing is used, and details can have unlimited dimensions and difficult configuration. In each of these variants the way of excitation of cavitation is defined.
