Development of scientific bases of the waste management of chemical and petrochemical industry

A wide range of physical and chemical transformations of the starting raw material at all stages of the chemical industry is related to the presence of large amounts of material flow in t. Ch. Intermediates. Derived from the series production of the material flows for economic and technical reasons often become waste. In spite of the growing scarcity of natural resources and the aggravation of the environmental aspects of the problem of waste, businesses do not use waste management technologies and intermediates (recycling system). The total theoretical base recycling is virtually absent, and the existing structure of the movement of waste and secondary resources are fragmented pieces, limited interaction with each other or completely isolated from each other. The specifics of the current period is the need to implement the “zero waste” principle which has received worldwide recognition. The development of recycling redistributes material resource flows and involves processing of technogenic raw materials accumulated from diverse waste disposal sites. To improve recycling systems requires the development of theoretical positions and practices that go beyond the traditional scope of ‘waste’. Proposed and justified transition from waste-centric to multi-level cycle-centric approach models in waste management, offered three axioms recycling and original scientific hypothesis about the 9-level hierarchy of material flow cycles in which recycling is a large-scale display of the recycling, that allows the use of methodological approaches and the theory of recycling research and design of waste management structures.
