Development of the experimental method of accelerated definition the tool cutting properties

The accelerated method of comparative tests of tool cutting properties and definition of rational conditions of machining is developed. The choice of optimum parameters is carried out on the basis of measurement and analysis the dynamics of force cutting tangential component change during running-in wear period. As the optimum the state corresponding to the smallest intensity of force change in an initial stage of cutting is accepted.
