Differences in wages and their features in the Russian economy (gender perspective)

The article deals with the actual problem of gender inequality in wages in the economy of the Russian Federation. Statistical data are analyzed, the reasons for wage discrimination are explained, the measures of the government of the Russian Federation to reduce gender inequality are presented. The author's measures for solving this problem are recommended.
