Delimitation of owners' common property and HOA property

The article deals with the problem of delimitation HOA property and common property of owners of newly created objects. Before the legal confirmation of House technical record-keeping document the owners have a right to define the list of objects of common property in the house themselves. The author considers HOA to initiate the holding of general meeting for making the list.
