Rationalization activity of transport university students as a perspective way to develop their motivation to innovative professional activity

The article focuses on preparing transport university students for innovative professional activity. The research carried out among graduates of Samara State Transport University stressed the necessity for motivating students for R&D activity to create innovative technical facilities during their industrial practice as well as in the course of writing term and qualification works. Types of motivation have been identified; emphasis is placed on students' innovative R&D activity.
