As a result of synthesizing historical and geographical researches the authors for historical time emphasized 17 stages of the combinations of climatic, ecological reorganizations and interconnected economics and society for the territory of the Central Priob. From the end of the XX centuries we live, and we shall live the whole of the twenty first century in the eighteenth one. Proceeding from the tendencies revealed, it would be efficient to formulate a correct trend in the context of the programmed social consequences.
